Privacy Policy
BND Game Studio ("we", "us") is a B2B games provider. We build the games and the technology behind them; our operator customers ("Operators") run the actual casino platforms players use. This policy covers the data we handle — both on this website and through the games themselves when played via an Operator.
What we collect
Session identifiers, IP address, currency, and gameplay data (bets, outcomes, cash-outs) — passed to us by the Operator or generated as you play. If you contact us directly, we also collect whatever you send us (name, email, message).
Who's responsible for your data
If you're a player, the Operator whose site or app you're using is normally the one responsible for your account and personal data — they're your first point of contact. We process gameplay data on their behalf, to run the game and keep it fair and auditable.
How we use it
To run the game, verify fairness and resolve disputes, respond to enquiries, and prevent fraud or abuse. We don't sell data, and we don't use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
The Operator you're playing through, infrastructure providers who help us run the Services (under confidentiality obligations), and regulators or law enforcement if legally required.
Cookies
One cookie — httpOnly, secure, strictly for keeping your game session working. No advertising or tracking cookies.
Retention
Game round and transaction data is kept as part of our permanent audit trail — needed for fairness verification and regulatory compliance — for a minimum of 5 years, and in practice indefinitely; it isn't deleted. Records forming part of this audit trail can't be erased on request. Anything else you've sent us directly (e.g. a contact form) is kept only as long as we need it.

Changes
We'll update the date at the top when this changes. Continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept it.
