Terms of Service
These Terms cover bndgamestudio.com and the demo client at jumpx.bndgamestudio.com (the "Services"), operated by BND Game Studio ("we", "us"). Using the Services means you agree to these Terms.
1. Who this is for
You must be 18 or older. bndgamestudio.com is a B2B site for iGaming operators — we're a technology provider, not a gambling operator. The game at jumpx.bndgamestudio.com is a demo environment: virtual currency only, no real value, nothing to withdraw. Real-money play only happens through licensed Operators who've integrated our games.
2. Where this isn't available
Don't use the Services anywhere online gaming technology is prohibited. You're responsible for knowing whether that applies to you.
3. What's ours
Game code, math, design, and branding belong to BND Game Studio. No copying, reverse-engineering, or redistributing without our written permission.
4. No promises
The Services are provided as-is — we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. Demo outcomes run on the same provably fair algorithm as the real-money version and aren't rigged, but demo play itself has no monetary value and can't be exchanged for anything.
5. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages from using the Services.
6. Operators, not us
Operators who integrate our games are responsible for their own players — age checks, licensing, responsible gambling tools, and payments. We're not a party to that relationship.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms; the date above will change when we do. Continued use means you accept the update.
